No guesses - The answer is Fatal Attraction. Glenn Close and Michael Douglas were the lead characters in the movie. The guy on the right is Giacomo Puccini - who was the composer of the Opera - Madama Butterfly. The original ending of the movie Gleen close , cutting herself up to the music of Madama Butterfly but had to be changed as it was not felt to be the right ending.
